   Sapporo restaurant offers a variety of Japanese origin recipes and sushi but the main theme is the
   Tepanyaki table arrangements with a friendly ‘cook in front of you’ service.

   The philosophy of the company is to create themed dining places with an outlook to experience a
   friendly environment with a global and modern approach.

   For centuries, Japan was a closed port and it was not subject to foreign influence until quite recently.
   This probably explains how it developed such a unique, elegant style of cooking.

   There is probably no other cuisine in the world which practices “culinary art” to the same extent as
   the Japanese. A strong awareness of natural colour, symmetry and general appearance of each
   prepared food is crucial-visual feasting is part of the traditional meal.


   Japanese dishes are made pleasing by the artistic way in which the food is arranged and garnished
   on beautiful ceramic plates or bowls.
 

   The Japanese have a talent for arranging the food and garnish to display contrast of colour, shape
   and texture!
